I come here for minor alterations and dry cleaning. The prices are fair and the service is great. I like the text message and email reminders. They will email you periodic coupons. A dollar saved adds up.

I am an understating person, I know business are run by people therefore mistakes happen. But when a business, lacks the professionalism to figure out the error and apologize, then in my opinion a bad review is earned. I paid a total of $53.03 to Kona Cleaners of Anaheim Hills for laundry services, instead, they lost track of all my clothing (as in they had no idea where my laundry was at) including a suit that cost me over $400.00. I took the cloths on December 3 for Friday pickup, as I had 2 special events on Saturday, December 7th. Apart from the fiasco of them having no idea who had the laundered clothes, I missed 1/2 of the 1st event( the type of event that happens once in a lifetime) and ended up being late to the second event that was scheduled a few hours after the morning event. In the aftermath of all the WRONGS Kona Cleaners did, and the lack of urgency of the situation has left me feeling sad. As I cannot move back the clock, and in the end my family and I missed portions of two imporant family events!!
